 D.S. Lowe is a professional day dreamer, free verse poet, and mental health advocate. She began writing when she was 12 years old and it quickly became one of her greatest passions. Currently D.S. is apart of the Arkansas Arts Council Teaching Artis

Ginsie Higgs

Ginsie Higgs joined the Economics Arkansas team in August 2019. As the Project Support Specialist, her duties include maintaining the donor database, overseeing grant applications and reporting, managing special event logistics and assisting with program and development initiatives. Ginsie also contributes to Economics Arkansas’s social media platforms and communication strategies. She wore many hats in her previous position as Discovery Network Assistant Director at the Museum of Discovery. Ginsie was born and raised in North Little Rock, AR and earned a bachelor’s degree from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS, and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from UA – Little Rock.
